Anahit Sedrakyan was born in the beautiful ancient city of Yerevan. As she claims, "growing up in Armenia, I have fell in love with its charming mountains, mighty stones, and the glowing sun." The enthusiasm for the Armenian nature has brought Anahit to painting in her early childhood. She graduated from the Art Academy. "Creation is a movement, a search, and a bit of rebellion," she says.
In 2000, Anahit Sedrakyan successfully completed her studies in jewellery design and found a job of her dreams. She has decided to combine uncombinable and bury stereotypes. Anahit says she puts her emotions, ideas and a piece of her heart into each of her products. She tries to show stones in their full beauty and emphasize their charisma using the shine of precious metals.
“I love when people choose a piece of my work and find pleasure and inspiration while wearing it”, she concludes.
The entire work of Anahit is made up of unrepeatable works of art. Her jewellery can’t be mass-produced and even she can’t produce two pieces that would be absolutely identical. Much like nature can’t make two identical stones, no two pieces of jewellery are the same.
If you are interested in the work of Anahit Sedrakyan, but you have a different idea on how the piece should look like, Anahit is ready consult the matter with you and accommodate to your wishes.
