ROBERT YESAYAN

Since 1982 the artist has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, Armenia and UNESCO. For decades, he has been painting, sculpting, and making jewellery. He is familiar with multiple jewellery manufacturing techniques, including the extremely demanding and rare vitreous enamel technique.

Robert Yesayan has been exhibiting his works since 1971 not only in Armenia but also around the world. His works were admired by visitors and experts in Germany, France, Russia, Latvia, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, Italy and the United States. In 1986 ,he took part in an international fair dedicated to the vitreous enamel technique. Two years later he held his own exhibition in Austria. He still exhibits his works today.   


"I have been doing art all my life," emphasizes Robert Yesayan, adding: "As a perfectionist, I am very keen on quality because I am convinced that jewellery must be passed from generation to generation without being severely damaged. I believe my jewellery will also catch eye of customers of THE PRESENT“.


The works of Robert Yesayan are currently being exhibited in the following institutions:

  •        Sardarabad Ethnographic Museum

  •        State Historical Museum, Moscow

  •        The State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg

  •        Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, Poland

 


All the works of Robert Yesayan are his own creations. They are exclusive, exceptional and each is a unique original. Because he works with natural stones, he can’t produce an absolutely exact copy of his own work. However, he is ready to produce a similar work or a brand new piece based on the compromise between the wishes of our customers and his ideas.
